Idiosyncratic deals has become a more and popular human resource management practice, which is particularly important to stimulate employees' creativity. This paper shows that the idiosyncratic positive impact on creativity, perceived insider status mediates relationship between creativity; Psychological safety positively moderates status, further mediating role of status.
